Food and Beverage Duty Manager

We currently have a full time position available for a Food and Beverage Duty Manager

The successful applicant must:

  • Previous food and beverage experience a must;
  • Minimum 6months experience in similar management position;
  • Be able to work well in a team environment;
  • Be willing to work predominately nights;
  • Demonstrate initiative and willingness to work in other facets of the business as required.

Receptionist

We currently have a position available for a motivated, well presented person with good communication skills to join our Front Office Team.

The successful applicant must:

  • Have a positive, friendly disposition, possess good customer relation skills, including the ability to liaise confidently on the telephone;
  • Be prepared to work five shifts per week on a rotation basis;
  • Possess good keyboard skills - computer literacy preferred but not essential;
  • Demonstrate initiative and willingness to multi-task in a busy office and bottle shop.

Food and Beverage Attendants

We currently have a position available for a motivated, well presented person with good communication skills to join our Food and Beverage Team

The successful applicant must:

  • Have a positive, friendly disposition, possess good customer relation skills;
  • Possess good money handling skills;
  • Working holiday visa's accepted must be willing to stay minimum 2 months.

Cook required

We currently have a full time position available for a Cook to join our Kitchen Team

The successful applicant must:

  • AQF Certificate III or at least 3 years experience a must;
  • Cooking and knife skills;
  • Be able to work well in a team environment;
  • Good communication skills with kitchen staff and management;
  • Be versatile and move between premises efficiently as the business requires.
