Payment: First nights tariff will be taken from credit card to secure your booking. Balance of accommodation will be taken on arrival

Cancellation: A cancellation fee of 1 nights accommodation will be charged if less than 14 days notice is received. If leaving early during school holiday periods, no refunds will be given.

Child Policy: Any child occupying a bed will be classified as adult and calculated into the room occupancy

Folder Bed/Extra Persons: If a folder bed is required it is charged at $40 per night. Any extra persons staying in the room will also be charged @ $40 per night.

Servicing: Resort Studios & Osprey 1 Bedroom Spa Rooms are serviced daily except Sunday & Public Holidays. Apartments can be serviced for an extra fee.

Dining: Our restaurant is open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch & dinner.

Pets: No animals or pets are permitted inside the rooms or on the resort at any time
